Creators can instantly list their own products in communities they belong to (0% commission = instant active status). To list in other communities, they send a request — communities can approve, reject, or counter-propose a commission rate.
Secure payment processing via Stripe. Automatic VAT/tax calculation based on the buyer's jurisdiction. Free products skip Stripe entirely and grant access instantly.
All funds are held in escrow for 14 days from purchase. Buyers can request a full refund within this window. Once escrow expires, funds are paid out to sellers.
When a product is purchased, Cobuntu creates an immutable snapshot of all files. Buyers retain permanent access even if the seller modifies or archives the product later.
